目前的保温板材外墙外保温系统主要有:EPS板外墙保温系统、XPS板外墙保温系统

一、二种系统性能比较

1、保温隔热性能:
1. Thermal insulation performance:
相同厚度的EPS以及XPS保温性能是逐渐升高的。EPS为0.041,XPS是0.030。因此达到相同的保温效果的情况下,XPS板材比EPS板材厚度要薄,但纯板材的价格XPS板贵于EPS板。如果全面考虑工艺以及建筑物高度,每平方米的价格XPS反而比EPS要贵一些。
The thermal insulation performance of EPS and XPS with the same thickness increases gradually. EPS is 0.041 and XPS is 0.030. Therefore, to achieve the same thermal insulation effect, the thickness of XPS plate is thinner than that of EPS plate, but the price of pure plate is higher than that of EPS plate. If the technology and building height are considered comprehensively, the price of XPS per square metre is higher than that of EPS.
对于隔热来讲,主要是看热惰性指标D,而D值与蓄热系数成正比。但是就整个系统而言,200mm的混凝土的蓄热已经够大,再加外保温层,完全满足节能要求。这也是国家规范要求墙体综合导热系数和蓄热系数要同时满足要求的原因。目前的EPS或XPS薄抹灰系统都完全满足要求。
For thermal insulation, it mainly depends on the thermal inertia index D, and the D value is proportional to the thermal storage coefficient. But as far as the whole system is concerned, the 200 mm concrete heat storage has been large enough, plus external insulation layer, fully meet the requirements of energy saving. This is also the reason why the comprehensive thermal conductivity and thermal storage coefficient of the wall should meet the requirements at the same time. The current EPS or XPS thin plastering system fully meets the requirements.
2、强度:
2. Strength:
这里指出的强度应该是抗拉强度,聚苯板的容重和抗拉强度有绝对的关系,一般的EPS容重18Kg/m3的抗拉强度为110~120KPa,20Kg/m3容重的在140KPa左右。XPS的容重正常从25Kg~45Kg,强度从150KPa~700KPa或更高。(前提是满足导热系数0.03左右)。
It is pointed out that the strength should be tensile strength. There is an absolute relationship between the bulk density and the tensile strength of the polyphenyl board. The general EPS bulk density is 18Kg/m3, the tensile strength is 110-120KPa, and the bulk density of 20Kg/m3 is about 140 KPa. The bulk density of XPS is normal from 25 Kg to 45 Kg, and the strength is 150 KPa to 700 KPa or higher. (The premise is that the thermal conductivity is about 0.03).
