挤塑板和聚苯板有什么区别
What's the difference between extruded board and polyphenyl board?
1、耐候性
1. Weatherability
聚苯板与挤塑板相比较,有较高的吸水性,所以耐候性不如挤塑板。但是,聚苯板的延展性比挤塑板好,可以克服一定的缺陷。不过就系统来讲,薄抹灰系统外层的抹面胶本身也具有一定的防水能力。除了在施工过程外,完好的二种系统的防水性能都可以。
Compared with the extruded board, the polyphenyl board has higher water absorption, so its weatherability is inferior to that of the extruded board. However, the ductility of polyphenyl board is better than that of extruded board, which can overcome certain defects. However, as far as the system is concerned, the coating glue on the outer layer of the thin plastering system itself also has a certain waterproof ability. Except in the construction process, the waterproofing performance of the two systems is good.
二、价格

相同厚度的聚苯板和挤塑板保温性能是逐渐升高的。聚苯板为0.041,挤塑板是0.030。因此达到相同的保温效果的情况下,挤塑板板材比聚苯板材厚度要薄,但纯板材的价格挤塑板板贵于聚苯板。

三、抗拉强度

聚苯板的容重和抗拉强度有绝对的关系,一般的聚苯板容重18Kg/m3的抗拉强度为110~120KPa,20Kg/m3容重的在140KPa左右。挤塑板的容重正常从25Kg-45Kg,强度从150KPa-700KPa或更高。
There is an absolute relationship between the bulk density and tensile strength of polyphenyl board. The general bulk density of polyphenyl board is 18Kg/m3, the tensile strength is 110-120KPa, and the bulk density of 20Kg/m3 is about 140 KPa. The bulk density of the extruded sheet is 25 Kg-45 Kg and the strength is 150 KPa-700 KPa or higher.
四、粘结强度
IV. Bond Strength
对于薄抹灰系统而言,这项指标将会直接影响板材的使用,聚苯板板强度低,抗剪切强度同样也低,板材破坏,有可能不是出在粘结面,而是板材中间直接破坏,挤塑板的良好的强度性能更放心一些。抗拉强度0.1MPa相当于说每个平米的抗拉强度是10吨的力。
For thin plastering system, this index will directly affect the use of sheets. Polyphenylene board has low strength, shear strength is also low. The destruction of sheets may not occur on the bonding surface, but directly in the middle of sheets. The good strength performance of extruded sheets is more assured. Tensile strength of 0.1 MPa is equivalent to 10 tons of force per square meter.
