一、岩棉复合板夹芯板分类
Classification of rock wool composite sandwich panel
岩棉复合板夹芯板分屋面板和墙板两种类型，能广泛地应用于有防火、隔声、保温要求的工业与民用建筑的屋面、外墙和内部隔断，尤其是消防要求高的项目。
Rockwool composite sandwich panel roofing panels and wall panels are two types, which can be widely used in industrial and civil building roofing, exterior wall and interior partition with fire protection, sound insulation and thermal insulation requirements, especially in projects with high fire protection requirements.
二、岩棉复合板夹芯板构造
2. Construction of sandwich panel with rock wool composite board
1、上下表面：采用进口镀锌彩色钢板，厚度为0.4-0.8mm。根据客户的具体需要，也可采用镀铝锌彩色钢板或镀铝钢板。钢板先经成型机轧制成型后再与岩棉工厂复合。
1. Upper and lower surfaces: imported galvanized color steel plate, thickness of 0.4-0.8mm. According to the specific needs of customers, we can also use color steel sheet or aluminized steel sheet. The steel plate is first rolled by a forming machine and then compounded with a rock wool factory.
2、岩棉复合板芯材：采用密度为100kg/m3岩棉块交错铺设，其纤维走向垂直于夹芯板的上、下表面，并紧密相接充实了夹芯板的整个纵横截面。岩棉块之间和岩棉与上、下层钢板之间通过高强度发泡剂粘接而形成整体，精良的生产工艺保证了高密度的岩棉隔热体与金属板内壁之间能产生极强的粘着力，从而使岩棉复合板具有很好强度。
2. Core material of rock wool composite board: The density of rock wool block is 100kg/m3. Its fibers are perpendicular to the upper and lower surfaces of the sandwich board, and the whole longitudinal and transverse sections of the sandwich board are closely connected. Rock wool blocks and between rock wool and upper and lower steel plates are bonded by high strength foaming agent to form a whole. Excellent production technology ensures strong adhesion between high density rock wool insulator and inner wall of metal plate, thus making rock wool composite plate have good strength.
