EPS聚苯板在建筑施工中的使用是比较普遍的，想要延长它的使用寿命，就需要按照以下步骤正确施工，下面一起来看一下吧！

1.根据整个外墙立面的设计尺寸编制EPS聚苯板的排板图，并做好预算，这样可以节约材料，加快施工速度。
1. According to the design dimension of the whole facade of the exterior wall, the layout drawing of EPS polyphenyl board is compiled, and the budget is made, so as to save material and speed up the construction.
2.用电热丝切割器或手用刀锯切割板材，切割时要注意对角线及板厚误差，非标准板按实际需要的尺寸加工，大小垂直。
2. Cutting plate with electric wire cutter or hand knife saw, attention should be paid to diagonal line and thickness error when cutting. Non-standard plate is processed according to the actual size, and its size is vertical.
3.做好粘结砂浆的比例配置，用电动搅拌器搅拌均匀，搅拌时要注意防晒避风，若使用时有过干现象出现，可适当加水再次搅匀使用，但是对于超过时间的配料不要使用，以免影响使用效果。
3. Make a good proportion of bonded mortar, mix evenly with electric mixer, pay attention to sunscreen and shelter from wind when mixing. If dry phenomenon occurs in use, water can be added properly to mix again, but do not use ingredients that exceed the time, so as to avoid affecting the use effect.
4.根据实际情况将250mm宽的翻包网格布预贴于变形缝两侧及门窗洞口边缘处，然后用胶粘剂在EPS聚苯板面四周涂抹1圈。
4. According to the actual situation, the 250mm wide flip-wrapped mesh cloth is pre-pasted on both sides of the deformation joint and the edge of the door and window opening, and then coated with adhesive around the EPS polyphenyl board for one circle.
5.对标准层的EPS聚苯板粘贴面积应不小于305，首层考虑到整体抗冲击的加强要求，粘贴面积不小于50%，粘结层厚度以能调平EPS聚苯板粘贴层为宜，不宜大于5mm。
5. The bonding area of EPS polyphenyl board of standard layer should be no less than 305. Considering the requirement of overall impact resistance, the bonding area of the first layer should be no less than 50%. The thickness of bonding layer should be adjusted to the level of EPS polyphenyl board bonding layer, not more than 5 mm.
6.将板立起粘贴，粘贴时要轻揉、均匀挤压，并用托线板检查垂直平整，板与板间挤紧，碰头缝处不留粘结砂浆，粘贴板材时应做到上下错缝。每贴完一块板，应及时清除挤出的粘结砂浆，板间不留间隙；如出现间隙，应用相应宽度的聚苯板填塞挤实。阳角处相邻的墙面所粘聚苯板应错缝隙粘贴。
6. Stand up and paste the board, gently knead and evenly squeeze when pasting, and check the vertical flatness with the supporting wire board. The board and the board are squeezed tightly. There is no bonding mortar at the joint of the contact. When pasting the board, the upper and lower staggered seams should be achieved. After each board is pasted, the extruded bonded mortar should be cleared in time, and no clearance should be left between the boards. If there is clearance, the corresponding width of polyphenylene board should be used to fill and compact. The bonded polystyrene boards on the adjacent walls at the Yang corner should be pasted in the wrong cracks.
7.板材接缝不平处应打磨平，并用刷子将碎屑清理干净，其中的磨平时间应该在EPS聚苯板粘贴24小时后进行，可以有效的避免对聚苯板粘贴层的扰动。
7. The unevenness of the joint should be polished and the debris should be cleaned up with a brush. The polishing time should be 24 hours after the EPS polyphenyl board is pasted, which can effectively avoid disturbance to the adhesive layer of the polyphenyl board.
