Characteristic and Application of Graphite Polystyrene
石墨聚苯乙烯（GEPS）是在聚苯乙烯高分子聚合物中导入近纳米级天然鳞片石墨、抗氧化剂、抗老化剂等功能材料，改性合成的石墨聚苯乙烯新型功能材料。由于石墨的特殊层状结构，使其能够均匀分布在GEPS颗粒内部，形成镜面反射热辐射，能够大幅度提高材料的绝热效果。除了具备普通EPS板的所有性能外，还具有以下特点：防火性能达到难燃B1级、绝热能力更强、导热系数≤0.032W/(m·K)。它含有近纳米级的天然鳞片石墨，可以像镜子一般反射热辐射,它的绝热能力比普通的EPS高出30%，有助于提高能效。石墨聚苯乙烯（GEPS）特点：良好的防火性能、导热系数低、尺寸稳定性强、耐候性好、具有良好的耐久性和透汽性。石墨聚苯板在超低能耗建筑项目中具有性价比优势，其构造作法如图1所示。工程实践表明，聚苯板保温产品在保温领域里应用最广泛，不论是欧洲还是国内，聚苯板保温体系都具有最大的市场份额
Graphite polystyrene (GEPS) is a new functional material of graphite polystyrene modified by introducing near nanometer natural flake graphite, antioxidant and anti-aging agent into polystyrene polymer. Because of the special layered structure of graphite, it can evenly distribute in the GEPS particles and form mirror reflection heat radiation, which can greatly improve the insulation effect of the material. In addition to all the properties of ordinary EPS boards, it also has the following characteristics: fire huafenchimj.75ix.cn tsfangshui.75ix.com biaozhizhuangz.75ix.cn lubianshi.75ix.cn liushuicaoz.75ix.cn lvban.75ix.com retardant grade B1, stronger thermal insulation, thermal conductivity less than 0.032W/(m.K). It contains nearly nano-scale natural flake graphite, which can reflect heat radiation like a mirror. Its adiabatic capacity is 30% higher than that of ordinary EPS, which helps to improve energy efficiency. Graphite polystyrene (GEPS) features: good fire resistance, low thermal conductivity, strong dimensional stability, good weather resistance, good durability and vapor permeability. Graphite polyphenyl board has the advantage of cost performance in ultra-low energy consumption building projects. Its construction method is shown in Figure 1. Engineering practice shows that polyphenylene board insulation products are most widely used in the field of insulation. Whether in Europe or in China, polyphenylene board insulation system has the largest market share.
